About the Flounder:

The Flounder is a thin, purpose built slicer.  With its sheepsfoot style tip and a full flat grind, the edge is pushed forward and kept thin, making it ideal for food prep, fishing, and everyday slicing tasks.  

I designed the Flounder to be the knife you actually grab when you're on the boat, at camp, or working in the kitchen – not the one that lives in a drawer.  It’s compact, easy to sharpen, and thin enough to glide through whatever you're slicing without feeling bulky.

• 30-Day Fit & Finish Guarantee: If there's an issue with the build quality when you get your knife (fit, finish, defects), email me within 30 days and I'll repair or replace it free of charge.  
• 1-Year Defect Warranty: For 1 year from purchase, if your knife or sheath fails under normal use due to a defect in materials or workmanship, I’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
• This does not cover abuse, intentional damage, or normal wear (edge dulling, scratches… etc), but if you're ever not sure, reach out and I’ll take a look.
