TALON - Curved defensive utility blade that locks into your hand

When things get close and chaotic, you don't want to fight your knife to get it into a strong position.

You want a blade that naturally lines up with your forearm, locks into your grip, and keeps your hand behind the edge when you drive it forward. 

The Talon is built for that job: a compact spearpoint with a slightly curved down handle, designed to put the knife in a more natural position for thrusting and close quarters utility work.

What the Talon does for you:

• Natural alignment for thrusts and pressure- The curved down handle puts the blade in line with your forearm so you can drive straight in without over flexing your wrist. 
• Locks your hand in at both ends- Defined index and pinky ergonomics give your pointer finger and litter finger something to bite into so the handle feels “hooked” into your hand, not just resting in it.
• Extended finger guard for confidence under stress- A prominent guard in front of your index finger helps keep your hand from sliding up on to the edge when you're pushing hard or your grip is compromised.  
• Spear point versatility- The 3.5 inch spear point blade gives you a strong tip for penetration with enough belly to handle everyday cutting, slicing, and utility tasks.
• Carry option that matches how you train- Slim “taco style” kydex sheath with multiple eyelets so you can set up appendix, hip, horizontal, or inside the waistband style carry.

Why I designed the Talon:

I wanted a defensive leaning blade that still worked as a daily utility knife, with ergonomics that favor natural thrusting and retention.  

The curved profile reminded me of a hawks claw (a talon) so that became the name:  a compact fixed blade that hooks into your hand the way a talon hooks into its target.
